How do I submit a request?
Your PM will send you a link to the project request form — a simple web page you can open in any browser, no login required. Fill in the project details and answer each question as accurately as you can, then hit Submit. You'll see a confirmation screen and the PM will receive your request by email automatically.
Tips for a strong submission
Be specific — the more context you provide, the faster your PM can evaluate the request. Use the description field to explain what the customer is trying to accomplish, not just what they asked for. If there's a deadline or renewal date, include it. If multiple accounts have asked for the same thing, mention that too. Each question has a hint below it to help you pick the right answer.
What happens after I submit?
Your request goes to the PM team for review. They'll evaluate it against current priorities and get back to you with a decision — typically whether it will be pursued, deferred, or passed on. If they need more information they'll reach out directly. You don't need to follow up immediately; submissions are tracked and nothing gets lost.
